Childlike wonder

Along my Christmas journey I take many stops for childlike wonder. Drinking hot chocolate, eating candy canes, seeing the houses all lit up like a magical storybook. And the wonder of seeing my Rosa experience them as well.

Comfort and Joy

I love, comfort and nurture myself in ways that are pleasing to me. Joy comes in knowing that all I need and desire is flowing out of me washing over myself and all of those around me.

Glow from within

I focus on and see the beautiful love/light glow within everyone around me.

I love to look upon the lights decorating the houses and trees but today I realise that the warmest of lights is the glow from within.

I breath in all of the wonder of this time of year and let the stress or worries that might tempt me to fade away into a sea of lights.

Emotions

I embrace all of my emotions today and allow the transformation of my life to flow effortlessly from me on the crest of its tide. I cannot pick and choose which emotions to accept, that would be like loving the rose without acknowledging the thorns... very dangerous!
