This is the last day of the first month of the new year. Every moment is an ending. Every moment is a beginning. A chance to release. A chance to embrace.

I take this moment to consciously release all blocks to the unfolding of my highest good.

Just Dance

Today I sing and dance a little to wake up my body and senses and remember to have fun. I don't need to have a dance floor or even a partner. I may choose to dance by myself or in the dark. The point is to just move and breath, maybe laugh or smile a little.
