Tell the truth

I tell the truth and tell it quickly. That is one powerful credo to live by. If I tell the truth, then my spirit is in harmony with the Divine Love/Light energy at all times... for truth is eternal and known by all deep within. By telling it quickly I avoid the building of anxiety and tension in my relationships with myself and those around me.

Truth always brings about harmony and the highest good for all involved.

I know and experience the truth of my being in every moment of each day. I am loving. I am kind. I am gentle.

Stay aware of your 'I am' statements. Just keep track of them for one day in a journal. See what you are choosing as your true experience.

I am in awe of the wonder and magic that is in every moment of this life.

Counting blessings

I count my blessings one by one...
By the time I'm done, life is nothing but fun...

They say to count sheep if you are having a hard time falling asleep. I prefer to count my blessings. I drift off with a glow all around me.

Seek ye first

I seek only the Divine Love~Light energy in all of life and I am confident that the blessings of this realm are freely given to me. It is comforting that I only have to focus on God and all else is ushered into my life.

Expect a Miracle

I expect a miracle everyday ~ and that is exactly what I get.

We get what we expect ~ so I choose to expect only the best. Miracles ~ Love ~ Light!

Problem Consciousness

I raise my consciousness to the Divine Love Light energy and know that every perceived 'problem' is being resolved in perfect order.

I see my successes and I rejoice knowing that I am moving in an upward spiral toward the light.

I follow the advice... "Don't get upset about it if you can do something to resolve it."

And I know that my energy is better spent towards the solution than the problem.

Stepping Stones

I see each experience as the perfect stepping stone to lead me to my ultimate happiness and highest good. I ask not 'Why?' but 'What now?'

All that happens matters not; only what I choose to do, be and create NOW.

Be Here Now!

I spend every ounce of my effort today to 'BE HERE NOW!' I focus only on the moment in front of me.

Wow! I don't know who said this but when I read it today, I knew it was meant for me right now.

Sometimes we need to stop analyzing the past ~ stop planning the future ~ stop trying to figure out precisely how we feel ~ stop deciding with our mind what we want or how we want our heart to feel ~ Sometimes we just have to go with... "Whatever happens - happens"

With the current

I gently travel with the current and make my decisions from the overflowing well of love within me.

We ultimately make the choices and decisions that shape the contours of our lives. When we pay attention, there is a subtle current of life itself... the Divine consciousness, that gives us clues to the directions that will lead us most directly to the fulfillment of our greatest dreams!

My truth

I speak the truth of my being straight from my heart out into the world for all to hear.

A dear friend of mine said to me recently when I was struggling with how to help my daughter, something I now share with you. "There are times when the truth gently stated and acknowledged is the least painful path."

I release all desire to look back and ask why. My life is here and now. All is beautiful and perfect.

I nourish myself with loving thoughts, healthy foods and productive activity. As I do this I send the same vibration of health, love and happiness to all that I know.

Blanket of joy

I wrap myself in a blanket of pure joy. In every situation I feel this joy seep into my thoughts, words and actions... comforting and uplifting myself and others.

In alignment

Today I deeply connect with the knowing that every experience is in alignment with the fulfillment of my highest good and grandest dreams. A thing or situation simply is what it is; how it affects me and my life is what I make of it!
