I focus all of my attention on my breath today.
I am aware of the life flowing in, through and out of me in every
moment of the day.

The entire universe is in motion, expanding and contracting
not all that different from your body.
The moment we die nothing changes but breath.
For a time, cells continue to divide and multiply and otherwise carry on their local communities just as they did during we call life.
What has stopped is breath.
