Today, I take stock of the whole of my life. I look closely at my mind, heart and thoughts. I let go of all that is holding me to the material world and embrace the essence of spirit.That is what Good Friday is about to me and what meaning I take in my life today from Jesus' Crucifixion. Letting the old die and preparing room for resurrection. Releasing the body and accepting the truth of my being... that I am of God and that which is good.
