I am open to this day and all of the joy and beauty it holds for me. Nothing exists outside of this moment and that is true for every moment.I free myself from the chains of the 'past' and release from my focus the empty promises of the 'future'. Now is all that I have and I make it wonderful focusing on the love all around and inside of me.
